Within our growing gig economy it can feel scary to meet up with a stranger for a rideshare, to borrow a ladder from a neighbor or buy a couch on craigslist. SafeHello™ is the patented tool designed to reduce uncertainty and confirm two strangers have safely met one another.
Working closely with the co-founder I had the challenge to design an MVP for both a standalone mobile application along with an SDK plugged into the hOp app. Reading over both patents for SafeHello™ I was able to write up a feature requirement list and architect the UX for both the person asking for the meeting and the user accepting the meeting.
